Office staff does not answer phone when you need to cancel an appointment. Very unprofessional doctor's office.
WARNING!!!!!! What a joke of a place!!!! Complete waste of time.
Very uncaring and unprofessional. On 2 different occasions they didn’t call in medications prescribed for my husband and when you call there is no answer or call back. Looking into changing physicians.
I have made several attempts to contact this doctor's office, but unfortunately, I have not been able to get through to anyone. Each time I call, I am greeted with an automated message instructing me to wait on hold, which has been a frustrating experience. It seems that no one is available to answer the phone, and instead, I am left waiting with no indication of when someone might be able to assist me. I've been calling this office for 2weeks now everyday trying to see if they received my referral and no one ever answers the phone I've left multiple messages and I still haven't heard back. It's been over a month that my dr send my referral.
