Love him been taking my kids for the last 12 years. Have 5 children and he knows them all. They love him as well. Although there is a wait from time to time it's worth it!!
Do not trust their appointment times. Waited an hour and a half and was not seen. Left without being seen and without an updated prescription for my daily medication.
I'd rate the doctor so much higher, but his office staff is so frustrating. Dr. Sharma wanted my to do a speech consult back in early April, but in order to get a speech consult, he explained, we had to do a hearing test first, to rule out any hearing deficiencies. He assured us he didn't think our son had a hearing problem, but in order to recieve the referral from the insurance for speech they have to do the hearing. Amazing Doctor ... Made my son feel safe and welcomed , Answered and addressed all my questions.... sadly I'm updating this review because Staff is horrible...put me on hold for 20 mins in which I called back twice it wasn't till my 3rd time calling and me telling her not to put me on hold that she made my son's appointment which took 2 mins....and they don't even give there names...Seriously such a great doctor but represented by bad staff. In conclusion....time wasted. Great doctor. Horrible staff. You decide for yourself
I agree with what has been said by most. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Sharma. He's great with kids and has an incredible bed side manner, but his staff is HORRIBLE! They don't return phone calls, send faxes as promised,etc. Their communication skills are seriously lacking.
Amazing!! He really cares about the babies. My four month old just loves him
We love Dr Sharma. He's great with kids and is just an awesome guy to talk with. Our only reason for not 5 stars is the wait time on the phone to make an appointment. My wife is still on the phone on hold after an hour and a half. The mail box is full too so we can't leave a message. Help!!!
