I have always received quality care here and appreciate how nice the staff is. Everyone from the front desk, to the doctors, to the physical therapist Jaime and her assistant Caleb, it's always a good experience here. Never waited more than 10 min in the waiting room, and the staff are communicative and kind. The entire staff is incredibly caring and patient, even on days when I come in completely disheveled and in a lot of pain, they always treat me with kindness and respect. They genuinely try to get me out of pain as quickly as possible and go above and beyond to help in any way they can. The wait times can vary a bit, but out of the many times I’ve been here, my average wait once I’m in the room is about 10 to 20 minutes, which is very reasonable.
