This was the best unit we have ever stayed at Kiawah. The layout and all the amenities were fantastic. Our family had a great week. Even being on the fourth floor, this was a great unit. Loved the balcony and being able to just sit and watch the ocean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Business is dishonest and won’t accept renters to leave any negative feedback on public forums. Left a critical review for a VRBO rental that was removed immediately after being posted. Why bother accepting reviews if you’re going to only allow the positive ones? Avoid Aker Ellis if renting on Kiawah Island.

Very clean accommodations. My villa was decorated in an up to date style and was very comfortable for my family!
Wonderful property! Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated. We loved the multiple patios facing the ocean as well as easy access to the beach. Great location- quick walk to the Nest and the Perch with options for coffee, ice cream, breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Only 10 minute drive to local grocery store with other shopping, dining, & spa options. We try to visit Kiawah once a year, and would happily stay at this property again.
