I was having issues with my door. Akers were the ones who originally put the doors on the new house ('97). I found out on Wednesday I was working from home the next day. Akers not only came out and fixed the door, the gentleman that did it was so nice and happy!! What an awesome experience!!
Not a great experience. I had set an appointment to have an opener installed. The initial time was Thursday morning. They called me again and said it would be between 2 and 4. I took the day off of work so I would be there. I called them at 4:45 when no one had shown up yet. The receptionist put me through to the service manager and it went to voicemail. I called back again and was connected to the service manager. I asked why no one was there yet. He said the technician was there but a boat was in the way. Mind you, he was ... read more
Would highly recommend! Easy scheduling and customer service. Called before he arrived, very friendly, helpful problem solving and even reused parts to save $ and the woman who took my payment information was great too! Thank you!
