Re: Akelius Canada Ltd. I live in Toronto. The date that I have posting this was on March 6, 2025. They are the worst landlord I have ever come across. I am a senior, so I have had a lot of experience with other landlords. They provide you with terrible and very slow services. They don’t seem to be afraid of not abiding by the Toronto City Bylaws. Laundry facilities at 56 MAITLAND STREET, Toronto have been under CONSTANT repair for about A YEAR. This review is long overdue. You can expect to NOT have your laundry done because: 1. High wait times. Because a HIGH amount of residents are waiting for repair/to get their laundry done. 2. High prices. The landlord raised the price per load.
