Made a pedicure appointment with Kacy for my upcoming vacation. When you check in, wait in the relaxation room, order a glass of wine, pick out your color, relax for the next hour while they pamper you! I highly recommend Kacy and the team at Akela Spa! Well worth the quick drive from Spearfish!

Not worth the money we paid. The massages were a very different experience for both of us and an uncomfortable atmosphere. Pedicures were rushed and it is strange that you don't get callus removal at all on the 30 minute pedicure. I've also never seen a spa that charges by the pressure for a massage. Enjoyed the "garden" the most.

Our services, protocols, and products were all set up by a nationally recognized spa consultant who was recommended to us by the President of the International Spa Association. Everyone here is soo welcoming and amazing. Its small and cozy. I was celebrating my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend. We both got pedicures .Britta was amazing one of the most friendliest people I met on my roadtrip. Thank you for making the experenice awesome

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a spa. We were there for a bachelorette party for an all day spa day. We were greeted with them stating we're late when we were over an hour early. They then still treated us horribly and the entire experience was NOT fun. We ended up staying for a few minutes AFTER we changed into our robes, and walked out. Never ever go here.
