It was a little difficult to contact them for appointment. But boy did the service make up for it! Warm, inviting spa, set up perfectly. Excellent products for purchase. Only other improvement needed, there was a large sign reminding customers of a 20% off coupon. Receptionist never mentioned it, I had to remind her. I will be returning during my next t visit to the area.

I took a friend to spend a few hours in the Akela Garden on a very cold day in December 2017. It was so very enjoyable and relaxing. We used all 3 of the spas, the infrared spa provided a very deep heat, the eucalyptus spa which was very invigorating and the dry spa in the teepee....they were all awesome!! We sat in one of the hot tubs and enjoyed conversation in beautiful surroundings! Last year I had a 1 hour massage with Jodi which was magnificent! Absolutely love the facials every time I go back, so relaxing and my skin always looks amazing after.
I had a 90 minute massage today with JoAnn. I am in town for Kool Deadwood Nights and thought I would give myself a little relaxation. This is the second time I have had a service at Akela and I will be back every year! JoAnn helped me with my neck and hip issues. I haven't felt this good in months! Wish she was closer to home! Thank you for the great service!
