The most mundane visit always takes at the minimum an hour. The sole Dentist arrives daily 10/15 minutes after the office is officially open and this marks the beginning of a day of chaos as he bounces through the office from chair to chair. Numerous times I have waited 30 minutes wondering were in the world he was. Clearly hes overextended his patient load at our expense. I lost my crown he did three, yes 3 separate times. Im done!
I arrived at my 9:00 am appointment for them to tell me that I didn't have an appointment until noon. I had my friend take a picture of my card that shows the date and time to be 9 AM and they were indifferent about it. They said they could probably squeeze me in at 10. Which they did but there was no apology for the mixup and this isn't the first time. A week ago I showed up for my 1030 appointment for them to tell me that on they had an emergency and I would have to wait in my car for an hour. I understand emergencies happ... read more
