This place is a shir show! Dr Akel you'll never see him. The staff looses faxed medical releases of records. They absolutely dropped the ball and its not the first time this has happened. I will tell every person I come across at dialysis to ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM DR AKEL
The receptionist at the front desk were excellent.Dr Akel is lucky to have them.Two receptionist offered to get a wheelchair for my husband and helped with assistance to our car.The technologist that did the echcardiogram was professional and very patient.Thanks for helping us have a nice experience.
As a surgeon he’s great. It’s the after care that is sorely lacking. My husband had some serious issues and I could not get a call back from them. Had to go to Urgent Care to try to get help.

From the moment I met him, under the knife" til follow up, this Doctor is AMAZING!! Awesome personality, bedside manner, listens AND hears, so compassionate n thorough!! So impressed with his staff, so sweet, and was in and out in less than an hour, like flabbergasted by the efficiency, courtesy and just overall wonderful.
