RecommendedMy experience at Akbar Auto Service was fantastic from the time I dropped off my car to when I picked it up. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They kept in communication with me throughout the day. The work was excellent, much above my satisfaction. On a visual note, the business is clean and offers a nice area to wait while your car is being worked. The owner definitely had the customer in mind while designing this.
This automotive center get's it... Location, customer service, history. I met with the Owner and SHE (Ms. Perry)is super fabulous, and knows how to set the right expectations. I went in just for a simple oil change, as I was already 400 miles over my regular change. I called in and was told come on in, but expect about an 1hr wait. A few options were given to me for the wait. I could've dropped off my vehicle, got a ride to any local destination, they even said I could have a rental if I really needed to go somewhere. Can’t beat a company with years of experience and one you trust. Especially being a female that likes luxury cars but knows nothing about fixing them. I’m safe with them!
There is a guy here who REALLY knows Saabs, which is VERY hard to come by! He went out of his way to help us with a big problem we were having with our classic Saab. He diagnosed the issue correctly and quickly. Thank you!!! Highly recommend this shop for classic car repair and I know they work on all kinds of cars as well.
