I went to the Akane Allergy Institute for over 4 years, and it was a gross waste of my time and money. They were not able to diagnose the root causes of my severe allergies BUT kept giving me the same absolutely useless shots for years. My allergies are now worse and not better. They simply repeated the same rote and formulaic treatments for all patients regardless of the specifics and complexities of their allergies. Every time I have been here I have had over an hour wasted by them
I have been treated by Dr Nichols, he has been great and I would award 5 stars, but the office girl is horrible! She made mistakes billing Tricare and tried to pin her mistakes on me. She is rude, condescending, and is simply not fit for her job. Now she refuses to respond to even the simplest questions regarding my treatment which has me looking for care elsewhere.
