I was blessed with getting one of my grandma's rings after she passed away. I had an accident in 2012 and the ring was smashed and the stone missing, I never thought it could be fixed until my mom took it to Akala jewelry. First I can not say enough thank you very much for your help! I damaged my ring 😭 ONE week before my son was to get married. I contacted Kim and Marty. I was devastated that it might be ruined forever and they had me mail my ring to them. I live over an hour away. One week later my ring not only 100 percent fixed but I got it back in time for the wedding. Akala sized my grandmother’s ring, which my boyfriend used to propose to me. After sizing once it was still a little small so they resized again for free. Amazing service. Every staff member played a part in the process and they’re all wonderful. My grandma’s ring was always pretty but once it was done it looked like a whole new ring. ❤️ Thanks so much Akala!!!!!
