Horrible customer service on Mother's Day; of all days! My cousin ordered dinner for his family TWO nights ago for pick up tonight. Their order got cancelled with no explanation 7 mins before their pick up time! Now they don't have dinner for their special occasion! That's horrible customer service!!

Extremely rude servers and the food is straight up frozen. There are better choices out there, this isn’t one of them. If you consider this place “good and fresh”, then you really need to re-evaluate your tastes. The only reason this place has been around so long is because Sit’s the only choice within a certain distance. Do yourself a favor and drive out further, this place is trash.
Been coming here since 1993, we enjoy having lunch box combinations, miso soup with tofu, hot green tea and red bean ice cream.
Service is great, sushi is fresh and their teriyaki chicken and salmon is the best! I've been here since I was little and I've never had anything bad here! If you're not in the mood for sushi, their ramen and yakisoba is yummy too!
Best sushi on the Northshore! I come here often with my husband for lunch and the staff is always warm and friendly. The sushi, noodles, tempura, etc. are fantastic!
