My customer service experience was exemplary. The young lady who helped me was very nice, informative, made sure I had all the information and got someone to come out right away. Jason H and Jeff were amazing. They spent over an hour listening to me and providing suggestions during the free estimate. They suggested alternatives and not just "cut it all down.... here is the price." They actually sent me an estimate that evening with pictures of what trees were to be removed and trimmed. They showed up on time and worked diligently. We had crew H doing the work and they were amazing. They even placed plastic covers on parts of my driveway to not ruin my woodtrims. AKA did great job, worked with on where to trim. Cleaned up and very professional and pleasant.
This company was referred to me as they enjoy an excellent reputation and qualified, professional employees. They had the equipment that was required for this job, including a spider lift to enable access to a very large limb near another home and numerous limbs on several trees that required removal, away from our roof and rear deck. They prepared a path using protective plates that protected our zoysia lawn while accessing the neccessary work area and removal of debris. What a great job by AKA.
