Long time customer leaving due to bad attitude from staff and management. This time it was Tommy and Heidi refusing a refund for missing takeout food, until we begged long enough for them to reluctantly refund our money. You just lost thousands in revenue arguing over $30 of sushi that you misplaced. LOTS of other sushi restaurants to choose from.
Nathan the bartender was excellent and accommodating! I’m from Austin so I’ll probably never see that precious soul again so THANKS NATHAN! 😋
