We have used Ernest and A&K Service for over 30 years. He is knowledgeable, honest and has always taken great care of us. We wouldn’t use anyone else.
Timely, professional and complete.
In their responses to our previous reviews, they told us to “reach out directly.” We took that seriously and tried, but they have done nothing but avoid us, lie about their availability, and refuse to return our calls. My son has called over 20 times, and they have answered only twice, during which the technician made sarcastic jokes about our family leaving reviews and that he was just waiting for our dogs and Guinea pigs to leave one too. My dad paid nearly $1,800 to A&K Service Heating & Cooling for what we were told would fix our broken AC. The technician said the system was low on refrigerant and offered a few options, but made it sound like replacing the control board and refilling the refrigerant would get everything working again.
