AK Movers (Art and his crew) were absolutely wonderful. They did not have an easy job. We went from a Townhouse to a Detached house and they did it with barely a break (even though I insisted) in 90 degree/95% humidity. the best moving experience i have till now, AK movers are Professional, on time, hard working, reliable, negotiable, easy to work with. these guys moved my stuff and my CAR from Maryland_Rockville to Texas_Dallas in TWO DAYS, can anyone imagine that. at that time i did contact many other moving companies they all offered me three to four weeks required for shipping "moving" my stuff without my CAR! AK movers showed up within 10 minutes of the stated time but did not charge us for the 10 minutes. They wrapped and padded all of our furniture and moved it expertly to our new home. The movers were very polite and communicated well with us. They expressed concern about hitting the wall in getting a heavy leather sofa up a flight of stairs. However, they did it without a scratch. All charges were explained and accurate. We were so thrilled that we tipped the movers.

This is the 2nd time we've used AK movers and they were phenomenal. We moved to a townhome with a fairly small stairways and hallways. The movers moved all of our stuff without damaging any walls.
