Michelle was such a big help with what I was dealing with. She was quick to respond and very helpful especially during emergencies.
Michelle is one of the best property managers I know. She is on top of concerns and maintance issues as quickly as humanly possible. If you own one unit or 100 units Michelle Scott with Alaska Property Managers is who you want managing your property.
Just want to give a shout out to Sophia, she always replies in a timely manner, is professional and gives honest feedback about what plans make the most sense. I'd suggest her to friends and family.

If I could give zero stars for communication, I would. Dealing with Nikki was one of the most frustrating parts of my tenancy. Instead of receiving clear, direct answers, I was met with vague responses, delays, and a lack of transparency that turned routine matters into ongoing issues. Also, the lady at the front desk is also extremely rude and unhelpful.
