Nikki is a communicative, professional and knowledgeable property manager. She took over a situation we had managed because we moved out of town, and she really went above and beyond considering what she was up against. Nate stepped in and cleaned it up, renovated it strategically, raised rents, and kept outstanding records. I fully trust and support Nate. If you’re looking for a property management company, you’ve found the one! Michelle has been an absolute godsend. Her promptness and quality of work shows how much she truly cares for clientele. Our HOA has only swapped over recently, but the difference in customer service has been staggering. The previous management company took me years to get services scheduled and reimbursed but with her? Nearly the same day! I could not recommend Michelle and Alaska Property Managers enough. 500 stars if could!
My husband and mother applied for one of the units listed on the first week of August which is no longer available. Till this day no one has reached out even though there was an email saying that someone will reach out to us soon. I emailed Carrie and also the accounting department regarding our situation and no response.
