Carrie Jaime was an outstanding property manager for my Anchorage condo for more than 15 years. She found high-quality tenants, handled any issue promptly and efficiently, offered sound advice, and had a professional and friendly demeanor. She is very experienced and skilled in her profession. I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed.
It is almost impossible to get ahold of someone, I’m not sure if it’s the norm but for 3 weeks+ I tried to get ahold of someone to rent a place ,only for it to be rented out and no one contacts me , 3 stars only because of the kind lady that answered the phone
Good luck getting a hold of a realtor. I tried for three weeks to speak with someone regarding a property I was interested in and never got a call back. I called all the different property manager’s numbers, left messages on Zillow, left messages with the receptionist Rachel on numerous occasions and yet, not one call or message received from a realtor. Shayla made it easier and as quick as she could to make us move into a rental. Very, very nice lady and very helpful.
The property management have little to no care of the properties they run and take no responsibility to upkeep the building. My condo flooded from the building’s shared plumbing last October. It is now April and no work has been started. My experience with the property management is extremely poor. The team at the office are rude. The most they provide is answering the front desk phone.
