these people need to be locked up... you can clearly stop paying rent if these people manage the places u live in. stop paying ur rent
I don’t know how these people aren’t in jail. The other reviews for this firm applies here as well. They haven’t paid the owner or maintenance their money since they took over. They have been ignoring/avoiding all my attempts to contact them. However, they are quick to contact you after you pay rent, to say that you haven’t paid. We are in good standing here at our apt’s, so it’s not a bitter review after an eviction or anything. They’ll take what was once an easy process and complicate it. These people are thieves! They steal rental income from their clients/owners and use it to pay their bills. They won't make it much longer. They owe a ton of companies money and don't return calls. Do not do business with this company! We are placing liens on their clients' properties because of their unethical practices. These owners are clueless how to run a business. They are a scam!
The company is ran by bubble heads that think they know what they’re talking about! All the properties look like trash and the owners are racist! Save your time lease else where!
They absolutely refuse to pick up the phone.Do not do business with this company.
