The Dr. was excellent. She explains things detailed. But I put only 4 stars because I was charged 50$ for not rescheduling my appointment within the time limit. This is my first time and wished they would let it go. I agree the rule is same for all and I should follow but 50 is way expensive.
I had a great experience at this dental office for my routine check-up and cleaning. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I love Dr. Nekkanti. She’s gentle, thorough, and always takes the time to answer my questions. I even drive from far away just to see her because she’s the best. Highly recommend!
