The Midpoint team was very professional and polite. The customer service was Top notch! A representative also came inside to clean a small section of my attic that became dusty as a result of the roof hammering and it left some nails and debris. The overall roof installation took 2 days to complete and in my opinion - it was a job well done and fast. It also has a great warranty. A great experience from the beginning to the end. Best price and superior workmanship all while maintaining a very professional atmosphere. The office manager, Desire was great with information needed and follow-up. Kevin and his team were prompt , conscientious, and completed the job timely for a completely new roof! I would not hesitate to highly recommend Midpoint roofing. 5 stars!
Overall, the service didn’t match the price paid. While the staff were polite, the final result and overall experience were below expectations.
