Good timely service and a great price. They fixed a rattling exhaust pipe without charge . The15 minute job would have been an hour of labour antywhere else. Now i use them for all repairs.
I had a terrible experience at AK Auto and Tires. After getting my tires serviced, I noticed something felt off while driving. When I checked, I discovered they hadn’t tightened the screws on my tires properly! This is not only careless but downright dangerous—it put my safety and others on the road at risk. It’s unacceptable for a professional shop to overlook something so critical. I expected much better attention to detail and professionalism. I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle again.
I was left in a bind when my mechanic told me the rims of the winter tires I had just purchased were too big and he didn’t have the tools to take them off rims. I called every single auto place that Google listed and was told they couldn’t fit me in. Then I found this place! The owner (I assume) didn’t hesitate to listen and tell me to come down and he’d make it work! I’m beyond forever grateful for this place and highly recommend them!!!
