A group of us have been going there for years & have always loved the atmosphere. But last night we went and the all food came out at different times. There was an hour between the first and last plates to come out. You could tell the waitress was avoiding the table the during this time. The service continued to get worse. Had to ask 3 times for condiments that never came and were still charged. Charges wrong items to wrong tickets. Absolutely wonderful. Salsa was delicious, margarita and pina colada was amazing. I got the burrito with shredded chicken and tomatillo sauce and I was very impressed. The service was great as well, will definitely be returning!
Waiting an hour or more. After checking with hostess 30 min in she said another 45 min wait! Hope it’s worth the wait.... ...An hour and a half later and now we are leaving elsewhere. Pretty ridiculous. This would never happen in Dallas. They would rather get business from a 4 top than an 8 top. Changing my 2 stars to 0 if I could.
So far, everything I've tried on the menu has been excellent. My sister introduced me to this place and I haven't been disappointed. The Jefe margarita is superb.
