My basement flooded due to sump pump failure and AJ was at my house in Indianola in about an hour on a Monday evening. Extremely professional, courteous and reliable. All information was presented up front and there were no shortcuts. He called the next day to make sure everything was drying well and going as planned. Price was reasonable but with service this superb, price is not a huge concern. It beats replacing an entire finished basement. These guys are on my speed dial!!!! Highly recommend!! Thanks AJ!
After the heavy rains of June 24/25, I contacted AJ's Cleaning and Restoration for help with the soaked basement carpeting. AJ personally assessed the situation and gave me the options of how to handle it. He worked with me to find a solution to meet my needs. Before I knew it, he was joined by two crew members. I have seen AJ's post on FACEBOOK and read some reviews. I messaged him early in the week asking details, pricing etc. He was quick to respond and said he could squeeze us in. After deciding to go forward with him on Thursday he was able to get us in Saturday morning at 8:30. Him and his crew member were at our house and did a amazing job. Very professional, honest, fast and efficient.
AJ came on a last minute request! Carpets look great
I had a pipe break at a rental property that flooded the house. I called AJ and he was on the scene immediately with his cleanup equipment. He coordinated the dry out and repairs with my insurance company and I didnt have to lift a finger. Thanks!
They did a great job cleaning our carpets today. It was fast and the deep stains are out.
