AJ's is tops! We recently needed to have a lot of work done on our van. AJ's did the repairs and were up front about everything that needed to be done. They did it quickly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable for all that they did. PROS: Great location, easy to find. Friendly, helpful staff CONS:
An honest repair shop. AJ's auto repair is the only place that I will take my cars. About 7 years ago I needed a repair done and they were the only one's that would give me a firm estimate. Everyone else that I called would give me a big range in price or would ask to call me back and then they never did. False Advertisment List themselves under towing services. But is not a towing company. Seems shady. I hate this, trying to call a tow truck and you end up getting a company that lies to get there name in different headings.
A J's Auto Repair is trustworthy AJ's does good work and is upfront and honest about the cost and what they need to do. Cost is reasonable and owner is great.
I don't not recommend you take your vehicle here! I live in Troutdale I was looking at a car in Salem. So I had the car get a pre purchase inspection done here prior to my purchase...for $130 all I was told was that the wipers needed replaced. Based off that I drove down and looked at the car & just from walking around the car once I pointed out multiple issues that were not brought to my attention. The back bumper had multiple deep scratches on it very noticeable that they marked there was none. But they marked that it had ... read more

Recommendedeveryone who works here is very knowledgeable and values your time as much as theirs. they never try to over price or scandal you out of money infact they do what they can to give you the best repairs without sending you crying to the bank. I call with q question and they answer over the phone with their suggestions if they can. they truly are the only trustworthy mechanics out here in Oregon and most likely the PNW. They tried to sell me a replacement seatbelt for $400.00 (including labor)for a seat belt that wasn't even broken, just dirty and twisted. Didn't even open it up to look at it. A friend fixed it for free it 30 min.
These guys did a great job with my car and they were super friendly! I will go here for forever for my car repairs!!! Hope they liked the cookies
