Riding my tandem bicycle with my wife on Old Tampa Highway headed towards Kissimmee at the entrance to Home Depot at Poinciana Blvd. AJ's service vehicle was not coming to a full stop as we neared the exit from the Home Depot parking lot. I yelled for him to stop just to be sure that he recognized that we were there and as we passed the vehicle someone yelled out a snide comment followed with a rude insult.
