My wife has been taking our pets here for years. We Had emergency With one of our pets know any pet owner knows that he’s just not a pet it’s a part of the family. I understand they’re not a emergency hospital but my wife called to get some help or get steered in the right direction and got nothing. Customer service is gone downhill. Just kept saying we’re not an emergency hospital. We have recommended this place for years not anymore. Hopefully they get some customer service training.
