They were extremely over-scheduled. I waited 25 minutes in the wait area then another 40 in the chair. Once I actually was seen, I got x-rays (including a possible extra dose since they x-rayed the person in the bay next to me and the partition was not high enough to cover my head), then the dentist said that I had abnormal amounts of hard plaque, spent 4 minutes "debreeding" the plaque then announced that I would not be able to have an exam because my gums were too inflamed and that I would need to come back in two weeks fo... read more

Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute
Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes
The Doctor was very rushed going in between patients and doing other tasks. She was nice on my first and second visit but on my third visit when I refused to have another x-ray done that my insurance wouldn't cover and I wasn't coming out of pocket to pay for, she got quite nasty. Procedure was the doctor is gentle. If my insurance allowed me to go to another dentist closer to my area I would. Overall they are not the worst but not the best either.
The dentist cleans your teeth herself instead of having a hygenist do it. She often seems rushed and one time even answered her cell phone during a cleaning! She seems like a nice person but also seems to micro manage. She's answering the phones, looking over the receptionist's shoulders, cleaning teeth...She needs to learn how to delegate responsibility and step back.
