Office keeps calling me, kept telling them they have the wrong number and to take my number off. Never did.
I had a frustrating experience, the Dr was supposed to send my referral to a specialist it has been 4 months since then and he still hasn’t sent it. He is playing games with my health.
I had a frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment. I called in the morning, and someone answered and told me their system was down. They said they would call me back later. Unfortunately, I never received a call back. I tried calling again later in the day, but no one answered the phone. Better communication and follow up would make the experience much better for patients.
