Dangerous and dishonest This woman Vicky Flores advertises herself as a doctor but she's not. She works for a Dr Tiwana and both of them are dangerous and dishonest. She's not trained to do the things she's doing. She used a laser on my face and had it turned way too high and blasted three holes in my face that are now permanent holes. She refused to refund my money and when I reported her to the BBB, she not only lied and said I was examined by the real dr that works there (dr tiwana), he then lied as well.
