The famous chewy, straight and thin ramen coupled with the secret recipe of our tonkotsu soup base (white soup base from which bones, meat, vegetables and other fine ingredients are cooked for many hours producing a milky white broth) has been widely commended in Japan, and has been introduced to the rest of the world since 1995. Today, Ajisen Ramen totals over 700 branches all over the world, namely Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, Canada and the U.S.A.

Love this place good food and quick and friendly service and affordable prices and convenient mall locations ... everyone should definitively try !!!
Good ramen. The Premium Pork Ramen was excellent, good, rich broth, pork was tender, and the noodles were perfect. The pork cutlet and curry rice was also tasty. However, the calamari was tasteless and chewy. Looked good but tasted horrible. Service was terrific. Fast and friendly. Would definitely go back.
One of the best Ramen gems in the SOMA area. You can not beat the quality... and the price makes it taste that much better ;)

The BEST Ramen around. The broth is really rich. I always enjoy the Premium Pork Ramen. Even took a friend who says it's as good as what she had in Asia. Always a line, but very quick service!
