Dr. Kadakkal has a warm aura. He takes the time to communicate and thoroughly explains the topic at hand. He does not talk at you but includes you in the topic and listens. I inherited a gene from my mother, who is no longer here. Dr. Kadakkal took the time to gather information about my mother, which is crucial to my diagnosis and my future. He volunteers updates on new treatments. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Kadakkal and his team. Lastly, there is no wait time!!!!
The appointment went well and my concerns were addressed by the doctor.
I cant say enough positive things about my experience. The appointment started on time. The doctor was an excellent communicator. He asked me to explain my understanding as to my condition so he was sure I understood what was going on. The staff was courteous and efficient. He had a plan to address my medical conditions moving forward. What more could you ask for?
Dr K and the staff are awesome. The care and professionalism is amazing. Dr. K and the staff are very informative and they take their time explaining everything to you. I highly recommend Dr Kadakkal and the entire staff.
