They want to sell you tooth cleaning appliance, Water Pik which is cheaper at Rite Aid. The front office female I have dealt with in the last few months is borderline incompetent and not knowledgable of WEA(Wash Ed Assoc) dental plan coverage. Dr Ajay on first visit appears competent, focused, attentive, patient and thorough. After several visits and major work, there were significant concerns as to the appropriateness of the work, and doubt as to the thoroughness. Had a reasonable normal healthy mouth, but every issue became a major expensive issue (now query the diagnosis and requirement for several procedures), felt pressure to accept crowns that did not match or fit, with further pressure to undergo significant expensive aesthetic procedures (I did not).
