We had a roof leak that needed immediate attention and honestly didn’t know where to start. I called two roofing companies. one never returned my call, and the other wanted $375 just to come out. Then I came across an ad for Ajax Roofing. I left a message at 6:00 am, and by 9:30 am, Travis called me back. He came to my house that same afternoon, provided a quote, and we agreed on a plan. Ajax Roofing is by far the best roofing company I've dealt with. They replaced my shingles and kitchen skylight. I have no qualms about recommending them. Travis provided a very complete description of the work that was to be done. The quote included all the steps suggested by the manufacturers. Ice and water shields, underlays, drip edges, etc. Don’t fool yourself. You really want the contractor to follow the manufacturers recommendations. I called this morning due to a leak last night, and they were very polite, responsive, and helpful. Brad showed up, took pictures of the issue, explained options, and remediated it same day. Very impressive service.
