You can never find a more educated and intelligent woman than Aja Ann Mauceri. She truly cares about all her clients individually and works hard whether she’s helping you buy or sell. I know this because I have done both and she definitely makes it an easy process from the beginning to end.
Aja did fantastic job helping us to sell our old house and buy a new one. Worked with us on every step, explaining all details and our options. Never had to wait for her response to our question or request. Highly recommend!

Aja Ann Mauceri is by far the best real estate agent I've used in New Jersey. She's professional and competent, but above all, she does all her homework! She came to our first meeting to discuss the sale of my house fully prepared with print outs of comparable sales in the neighborhood and other data to determine the best asking price for the market.
