Wow. I have used "AJ" before thru my house plan. This time, I had a big toilet bowl leak and am leaving for a trip shortly. The assigned plumber called me and said his truck broke down. Yeah right...I could not travel with the toilet still leaking. I called AJ Services and shared what happened...I explained that the warranty company may not be able to assign the work to AJ by today, but AJ said, dont worry, we will take care of it and figure out payment after...I called "AJ" at 110PM...it is 340PM and he came, repaired the l... read more
