Ben is the guy I had to call to repair and service my new Navian heater after a different plumber installed it incorrectly. Great friendly service and reasonably priced.

Terrible communication and incorrect diagnosis. Kitchen and bathroom pipes making whistling and banging noises. They did not tell me what is wrong. Contacted them to discuss the issue and they had not a single clue what is wrong. Woman tells me she is not at work on a Monday afternoon and yet the calls are forwarded to her cell phone. She brags about speaking different languages but cannot explain what is going on with my plumbing. They’re just awful!
