Do not use this company. My family scheduled them to look at hvac because not working on very cold days this winter. Company kept playing games for two days saying a tech was on their way and never showed up. All we asked for was honesty so we can reschedule with someone else if they unable to come (especially because we have a baby with a broken hvac) but they kept insisting someone was coming. Very unreliable company with rude staff to boot. This company should not be in business.
Terrible operation. The woman in charge of scheduling repairs is rude disrespectful and unprofessional. All you hear from her is "no", "not possible" or "cannot". Don't know how they are still in business.
