We made appt for mini split. 1rst told same day. Received call not till tomorrow 10-2. 2:10 I had to call ? Where's tech. Told 20 minutes. OK, so came 35 minutes later. Just walked into room said not only that he couldn't touch since we took cover off. I explained we tried to clean it but realized water pouring out. Said to take just take out "wheel" would be 700.00.
