Dumitru is a skilled technician, provides excellent advice. He recommended we install an air scrubber and we did back in April and when he came today to service our boiler he asked how the air scrubber worked. The air quality in our house improved dramatically since April. We have allergies but we had not reactions while in the house. Our 10 year old has asthma and no issues while in the house. Allergies only developed when after we went outside. Game changer. Dumitru is friendly, kind and respectful. Love him.

Very good service
Pros: came on a Sunday and replaced water heater the next day. Cons: Overcharged. Had a reputable plumber over a week later and showed him the invoice. Said we overpaid by almost $4000.
