Professional and knowledgable! Priced out many companies and felt that they were the best value for what we wanted. Polite and answered all our questions. Very happy with our sprinkler system.

This is an organization that is run by bullies. The work that they completed for me was done on July 20th. They installed a small irrigation system to water a group of newly planted hydrangeas. When they called the day after the work was done they demanded payment. I said "I will be away for two weeks and after I return I will know whether the system is working correctly and I will pay you at that time." Ken Freda arrived at my home on a Sunday at 10:40 AM, rang the doorbell, and demanded payment. I explained to Ken that I h... read more

The day after the work was completed, you had a conversation with our service manager Tyler in which you set up an appointment for 10:30AM that Sunday, for our sales consultant Ken F. to come by and pick up the remaining balance. You called the Saturday before, while our office was closed and left a message saying you would not pay until after you returned from your vacation. Ken showed up at the time you asked us to have him there, attempting to pick up the remaining balan... read more
