Dr. He is incredibly quick-witted, approachable, responsive, and up-to-date on the latest trials, tests, and treatments in the field of oncology. Honestly, I don't know how she finds the time but I'm very glad that she does. I have no hesitation at all about giving her the highest recommendation to anyone trying to beat this god-awful disease.
I was really upset with our recent experience. My auntie’s appointment was at 12:30pm today and we were told to be there 30 mins prior to the appointment. We arrive at 11:55am. We didn’t see the doctor until 2:30. Aside from that when we initially were called back we were asked if she had her labs done. We asked what labs. The response was the labs the doctor put in this morning which we knew nothing about. Because of that, we couldn’t see the doctor until the labs were done which caused an additional delay. Dr. He is a good doctor, my only problem is the long wait for her to see her patients. The last few times I have gone to see her it is always the same ,and now she has left Georgetown Hospital. I have no problem with the other staff at the hospital. Nurses were very sympathetic to my situation.
Excellent care by Dr Ruth He. She has kept me going almost four years.
Thank you Dr. He! You provided excellent care throughout my ordeal, surgery, and procedures! Follow-up so thorough and personable! Best wishes for all your future endeavors - will miss you so much!
