Horrible service with this clinic. When I scheduled my appoint over the phone I indicated it was for my yearly exam. It was my first time seeing Dr. Norberg and I thought we were doing my preventative visit she scheduled lab work for getting my cholesterol checked. I now find out they are billing it as a separate visit and not as a wellness so I have to pay out of pocket for the lab work and visit. Saw her this week for the first time, my PA was on vacation. Dr. Norberg did listen to my explanation of treatment I have with Jody the PA who I trust completely. She gave me the same script after checking me over. Did suggest more testing if condition occurs more frequently. I feel she is good, I do have a hard time tho trusting anyone new I see, that is a fault of mine. I would see Dr. Norberg again if Jody was out, it takes me years to trust fully the medical area.
Doctor Norberg is great but the quest blood draw in her office is an absolute nightmare and has caused me to find a new doctor.
Dr Norberg gives you her full attention and follows up. We have been her patient for 8 years and have followed her to Bristol from Burlington.
FAILED to say my online records were no longer accessible after switching to Hartford Health Care (HHC). FAILED to promptly say how to access my HHC online records. FAILED follow up to assure an app't with a specialist; therefore I waited AN AGONIZING MONTH to find out if I had CANCER OR NOT! CALLED ONE HOUR AHEAD to CANCEL an important visit, because her office didn't accept my new insurance. FAILED timely transfer my med. records to new PCP! My health issues makes this INEXCUSABLE!
Dr. Norberg is extremely thorough and will work with patients to assure the best outcome. Her office phones promptly after outside testing results are received; she personally phones if there is anything unusual in the results.
