Dr. Norberg has been my pcp for a while now, she has dismissed my concerns and emotions time and time again. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy and I believe she should take step back and remember why she became a doctor in the first place.
Dr. Norberg is a most attentive, personable physician with such a kind manner. I have never had to wait long after arriving for an appointment. Messaging on HHC MyChartPlus is a very convenient way to reach her quickly. When discussing health issues, my preferences are always considered before she knowledgeably decides on a treatment. She listens, explains well, and sincerely cares. I would highly recommend Dr. Norberg to anyone seeking a primary care physician.

New office staff specifically medical assistant and nurses are rude and unprofessional don't listen. I have been a Patient of Dr Norberg for over a decade and have now started searching for a new provider due to this
Dr Norberg is very knowledgeable, competent, professional and has a very pleasant manner. She takes time to listen, answer questions and make recommendations. I would highly recommended her services.
I asked for blood work to be sent somewhere other than Quest Diagnostics. She ignored my request, telling me I must go there. Each time I go to quest I leave with bruises, unable to use the arm blood is taken from.
