They always do our service work at Assumption Village and Aventura Place and are AMAZING! Always prompt and so friendly. They work with you and stand behind their work.
Called for emergency service on an oven that was down. Charged me $400 to look at it, tell me they didn't have parts, and not hear back for over a week. First off, if someone calls for emergency service, they need that unit to opperate their business. Second, paying that rate covers the company stocking or having quick access to parts. It isn't emergency service if work isn't done. AIS does not care. They charge top dollar to tell you tough luck and fix things a month later.
