Ron was the technician at my site today and was absolutely phenomenal. My team loves when he comes in because he always has a smile, is upbeat, personable, and respectful. From a management aspect, I was blown away by his transparency and professionalism throughout our service call. This is the first time I’ve had a technician with extraordinary communication and outlined a plan for additional services. I was impressed and hope he gets some positive recognition! :)
