You know that feeling when you drive away from your house and you can't remember if u closed the garage door??? Do I turn around, do I chance it, or do I look at my ADT pulse account on my phone? NOW......I look at my phone and check my ADT account. I have been waiting for this for a very long time. We recently purchased a new home in Colorado Springs and had several companies approach us for quotes on a Home Security System. Jim sold us on the ABP. I will say I'm a bit disappointed we have yet to hear from him to see how the set up went. I guess he got the sale so he's done with us! However Mark Fariello our technician was hands down the best customer care person I have encountered! Very professional and took the time to explain everything.

I just moved into a new house and was planning on calling ADT to get the existing security system set up. Day 2 of moving Garret our salesperson was waiting for us. I didn't even have to call and set any thing up. Garret took good care of us setting up our plan and within 2 hours Mark was there to install every thing. Within our second day of moving is everything was set up and our home was secure. Great experience all around.
