They are the only company that is certified to service our area with our commercial ovens. Everytime an oven goes down we have to call several times for about 3 months on average to get someone to come out. Even though we read them the codes & tell them the issue they still will not preorder any parts nor do they seem to have any parts already on hand. Our Nursing Facility has a commercial freezer down and I called 10 days ago and was told someone would be out. Needless to say I have yet to see anyone or hear anything regarding when we can get service.
