I called them, it took 15min. for someone to get on the phone. The person was very soft spoken, so I asked her to speak a bit louder. She asked me what I was looking for and when I named the product she put me on hold. Someone came back on 10 min. later also soft spoken, not much more than a whisper I asked her to speak a bit louder and she just put me back on hold. Never came back. Excellent customer service.
