The company is pretty bad, would not recommend. They couldn't even tell us when they could get us on the schedule after weeks of waiting. They put holds on credit cards while they make you wait and give you no answers. We have a couple ovens down that is affecting our business and still no real answers. After 2 weeks they said maybe in another week we can let you know when we might be able to schedule. Again all while putting several holds on credit cards. Very expensive company. Called for fryer service technician came and checked it out and thermocouple needed to be replaced so they ordered part and came back after couple of days to replace the part but they ordered wrong part so had to order part again and come back replace it and charged me for every trip. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AIS TO ANYONE!!!

The oven in my kitchen costs $1,000. You came twice and couldn't fix it, but you charged me over $1,000 from my bank card 4 times. It's not fixed, it should be thrown away, why did they charge me?

I cannot express more highly how incompetent the level of service is. It is utterly shocking that manufacturers approve this location for factory authorized service. If I could do zero stars, I would.
