In my experience this company is not honest. They tried to get me to replace entire unit when only the compressor was broken. $4000 vs $400. I would not use the company or recommend it to anyone ever!
I received a call from their number. When I called back, they said I had previously used their services for plumbing, and we're offering me a special for air conditioning service but they forget about their third-class service they provided me before, 2 years ago I buy their service for my office, and somehow, I face some problem called them but they don’t even visit my place
Dishonest, unprofessional, and just an all-around waste of time. I was connected with Precise Air through the Costco Lennox program. I had them come out 2 years ago to get a bid for a whole house change-out. After the estimate visit, I had to call them regularly for 2 weeks to get a bid, which was above our budget (Lennox is typically pretty pricey but good equipment) so we ended up going with another company
Your tech did not solve the problem. He said that we had electricity problems and charged us for his time. We got another tech, he isolated the problem, diagnosed the AC unit and fixed both problems for the same cost we paid you. So, I will never recommend you to anybody.
