People aren’t usually just sitting around and wondering “hey! I’m curious if I have a tongue tie, let’s get checked out!” You are usually set on the path from a sleep study or you had a baby that was in extreme pain from the get go and cried 24/7 (yep, my baby) so, if you’re reading this review…you probably are on the path so I will be as thorough as possible. Absolutely AMAZING experience! The staff is extremely friendly and caring for you and your child! I felt supported and trusting with my newborn through the entire process of his procedure and healing processes! HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing second opinions and help with their child!
We had a great experience for my infants tie release. I felt like Dr. Sullivan gave the wisdom and skill of her expertise in airway health but also the care and compassion of a fellow mama.
We love Dr. Sullivan and her staff! Our son couldn’t latch and after the evaluation, we were informed that he had a lip and tongue tie. Dr. Sullivan made sure I understood how the procedure was going to be and answered all my questions. The day of the procedure her staff made sure I understood the after care and Dr. Sullivan called me in the evening to make sure we were doing fine. We had the most WONDERFUL experience with Dr Sullivan and her staff! My baby had both a lip and tongue tie revision. They made everything so comfortable from the consultation, the procedure, and the follow-up. They explained the aftercare stretches very thoroughly and we received two calls from Dr Sullivan over the weekend checking on us. We were very impressed and we are forever grateful for our experience
