Over priced and entitled. I am a general contractor not a homeowner. I called these clown shoes to come do a half days work. 3700 lol. They were pushy with my client. They put a 1500 deposit down. I called up following, notifying we were going with someone else. The guy tried to argue with me and then hung up real professional. So therefore I had to call the office to get the refund squared away.

I requested service and was promptly given a service date and time for someone to come see me. The repair person contacted me and after discussing the matter we confirmed the appointment. That was more than 10 days ago and no one ever showed up, called or messaged me.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Our heater stopped working on a chilly Saturday night. I reached out at 7:30 PM and spoke with Caden. He walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone, and since it was an intermittent issue, we managed to get it running again, so we didn't have to freeze overnight! They came by the next morning, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it at a very reasonable cost.
