Airtron has come out for warranty adjustments twice on new a/c unit in our new house. Both times we’ve been so blessed to have great & very polite helpful technician’s. The second time Andy was also training a new man Chris, but also took the time to show me what he was doing and the things I could do in between services to help keep things up to snuff. I’ve been very impressed with this company & would recommend them to anyone.
Once the technician finally arrived, the situation became even more frustrating. The price quoted over the phone was completely different from the amount charged after the work was finished. Additional fees were added for things that were never mentioned beforehand, making the final cost much higher than expected. During an emergency, customers rely on locksmith companies to be honest and transparent, but this experience felt unfair and unprofessional.
