Part of initial new home warranty service. The service technician Orlando, fantastic job of checking everything to making sure that it was in the right order . There is follow up work to be done, but the service was fantastic.

Scheduled a service appointment two days ago only for them to not show up. The unit is less than a year old so I know something is wrong with it. I called the office multiple times and the first rep ensured me that I’m still on the schedule and that they’re just running behind. The second time I called, the rep said she will have someone reach out to me with an ETA asap. The technician was incredibly intelligent and proficient in his work. He was exceptionally kind and took his time to ensure that the job was done correctly. I’ve never encountered an air conditioning technician with such a positive attitude.

I pay for a service but they never honors it. I’m a disable veteran without AC. This is the second time this year my AC has stop working properly and the unit is 6 years old. The AC went out on Mother’s Day as well and we had to suffer through it. This is horrible service. I informed you all I have serve medical problems and you gave me an appointment time well over 24 hours in triple digit temperatures.
